Honeywell Appoints New Chairman
Honeywell (NYSE:HON) has announced Roger Fradin as Chairman of the Board for the Homes and Global Distribution business spinoff announced last year. Honeywell announced the strategy to spin off the Homes product portfolio in October, 2017. The new Homes and Global Distribution business will be made up of the home heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) controls and security markets.
