A great night, Calgary Stampede style! Special thanks to Calgary Regional Council representative Cameron Dalgetty for hosting!

Calgary Regional Council representative Mark McMillen spent the day manning the CANASA booth at the ADI Expo on July 10, as did Kim Caron (Prairie Regional Council) and Brian Gibbs (SWO Regional Council) and staff. Thank you to ADI branch manager Mark Shoniker for inviting CANASA!

On July 10 the Central Ontario Regional Council held its annual golf tournament. This year our generous members helped CANASA reach the $18K mark for donations to Children's Wish Foundation (total of last few years) – CANASA was presented with a recognition plaque for our support.

The recipient of CANASA’s donations, a six year old boy named Arie who is fighting a life-threatening disease called Hemophogocytic Lymphohistiocytosis, was in attendance and the tournament winners (Mike and Al Cavers, Ron Jagmohan and Colin Young) donated their trophies and beer steins to the family.

The winner of the 50/50 draw give his winnings to the family (over $1,000) and the most honest team donated the "bobble head trophies" to the kids.

On August 14, JF Champagne attended the famous Hatfield Farm, Tri-ed Customer Appreciation event. Along with 300 others, he participated in a trade show, and then enjoyed an evening of entertainment on the farm. Thank you to CANASA’s National Secretary and Tri-ed Branch Manager Gord Hebb for allowing us to participate.
