2016 Golf Tournaments

Over the summer, CANASA Regional Councils hosted their annual golf tournaments. These events not only provided great networking opportunities but enabled Councils to participate in fundraising efforts to support local charities. Thanks to the generosity of CANASA members, $20,170 was raised to support local not-for-profit organizations and the important work they do in the communities.

The charities benefiting from CANASA’s generosity include, AFPAD (Quebec Regional Council), Association of Edmonton & Northern Alberta Crime Stoppers (NA Regional Council), Calgary Crime Stoppers Association (SA Regional Council), Victim Services Toronto (CON Regional Council), Second Mile Food Bank, Moncton (Atlantic Regional Council), Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ottawa (EON Regional Council), Crime Stoppers (BC Regional Council), Raising Hope Children’s Health Foundation in London (SWO Regional Council) , Victim Services Halton Police Service (GH Regional Council) and Siloam Mission (Prairie Regional Council). Thank you to all of our sponsors, members, security industry leaders, charities and participants of this year’s tournaments.
