The successful candidate will be responsible for the service of, installation of, and completion of, multiple electronic security projects/systems for various G4S customers. To succeed in this role, you will have a good grasp of IP and analog technologies but more importantly a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Experience with Installation and maintenance of intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance systems and data communication systems.
• Assists System Engineers, Project, Construction and Operations Managers with installation plans.
• Coordinates Sub-contractor resources with customers and ongoing project workload.
• Provide customer with training for proper system usage, and respond to technical inquiries.
• Provide technical support to field team, and liaise with product vendor support as needed.
• Experience with Condoplex is an asset.
• Complete detailed and accurate documentation.
• Perform other tasks as required
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience
• Technical background in Video security systems, Access control, and Electronic Technology Certification in low voltage is preferred
• High school diploma, plus vocational training or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills
