EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment is due two weeks prior to the event, or the date of registration if less than two weeks from event date. Registrations cancelled less than two weeks form the event date will not be refunded.

You also acknowledge and agree to waive any right to inspect or approve any future educational and promotional activities/materials that may include photographs and/or videos of you.
