• All Risk Tenant's Legal Liablity
• Replacement of third party lost keys (limit of $25,000)

• Bonds for the Private Security Bureau
• Bid and performance bonds
• Bonds for the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (Ministry of Finance, Building contractors vocational qualifications)
